Julie Benz 'engaged to marketing executive'

A representative for the Dexter star confirmed that Benz's boyfriend, marketing executive Rich Orosco, proposed to her in the backyard of their home on Sunday, according to People.
"It was absolutely perfect," Benz said.
The actress went on to reveal that Orosco had planned a surprise engagement party that took place just after the proposal.
"The proposal was simple and beautiful - and then I was shocked by the pop-up surprise Mexican fiesta engagement party," Benz said.
The 39-year-old can be seen on Royal Pains in August, playing a young mother called Elyse.
Benz will star in the CBS drama A Gentle Man in the fall.
