Ashley Judd has said campaigning on behalf of AIDS awareness in Central America has changed her life.
The actress visited Honduras in her role as world ambassador for the YouthAids group and met with the country's vice president, patients, activists and other politcal leaders.
"I always dreamed about having this kind of life," she said. "This work changed my life. I have dedicated myself completely to helping others, and this activity has given my life meaning, in helping humanity."
Judd also visisted AIDS patients in Guatemala and Nicarague on her week long tour, as she promoted sexual abstinence as the only 100% safe way to prevent AIDS, as well as monogamy and correct condom use.
