Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez say 'I love you' in public?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have reportedly exchanged public declarations of love.

The 'Next 2 U' singer and Gomez were spotted in New York City on Tuesday, where they were said to have told each other 'I love you' while shopping together at Armani Exchange, PopEater claims.

"Justin and Selena were holding hands as they shopped and said 'I love you' to each other not once, but several times in public. Everyone could hear them," a source claimed.

"I guess they want to share their love with the world. Justin's bodyguard wouldn't let anyone get to close to them, but that didn't stop them from showing off their affection for each other. They were just in their own world... dazed and in love!"

Bieber recently attended the New York City premiere of Gomez's new film Monte Carlo following the launch of his new women's fragrance 'Someday'.

He and Gomez recently went on vacation together in Hawaii and were photographed holding hands while walking together along the beach.
