Prince Harry new girlfriend Florence Brudenell-Bruce is distant cousin?

Prince Harry's alleged new girlfriend Florence Brudenell-Bruce is reportedly his distant cousin.

The 26-year-old has been linked to Brudenell-Bruce after ending his on-off relationship with Chelsy Davy. According to The Sun, the history of art graduate is Harry's eighth cousin, while also sharing links to his mother and step-mother.

After tracing the family tree back to the 18th century, it was apparently discovered that Brudenell-Bruce is a seventh cousin once removed of both Princess Diana and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

The common link is thought to have been the Honourable Sir Edward Walpole - son of Britain's first Prime Minister Sir Robert Walpole - whose daughter Maria married into the royal family.

"Florence is surrounded by so much blue blood that she's tinged with royalty even without the close attentions of Prince Harry," a source told the paper.

Prince Harry also reportedly spent Sunday night at the 25-year-old's Notting Hill home.

"I saw Harry arrive at her house in his car. There was a team of protection officers with him travelling in a separate Range Rover," a witness told the paper. "He got out and went inside. They waited outside. I didn't see him again until he emerged the following morning."
