Jennifer Lopez: 'My kids don't sleep'

Jennifer Lopez has revealed that she has been trying to convince her 3-year-old twins Emme and Max that sleep is "wonderful".

The American Idol judge explained that it is challenging to juggle her career with motherhood.

She told In: "They won't let me sleep at night and then they'll wake up very early. I ask them, 'Why don't you sleep anymore? Sleep is so wonderful! Believe me, you're gonna love to sleep when you're a teenager!'

"But it's useless. They won't listen to me!"

Lopez, who has recently released her seventh studio album Love? and has been busy promoting it, said that being away from her children is "the worst feeling", adding that she no longer has the same amount of energy that she once did.

"l used to have boundless energy," she said. "And now? Forget it! I used to be able to work the whole day, never needed one day off - and now I sometime yell, 'Please, I need a break!'"
