Zac Efron "still not over" Vanessa Hudgens

Zac Efron reportedly wants to get back together with Vanessa Hudgens.

The couple split in December of last year, but a source has claimed that Efron is still in love with his High School Musical co-star, according to Hollywood Life.

"Zac is still not over Vanessa," the source said. "His heart is broken and he can't get over her. He may seem happy on the outside, but inside he is hurting. He regrets ever ending his relationship with Vanessa."

The source went on to speculate that Efron has been spending time with Ashley Tisdale, another High School Musical co-star, in order to make Hudgens jealous. Efron and Tisdale were spotted together at the beach this weekend.

"Maybe his public flirting with Ashley Tisdale is his way of trying to get Vanessa's attention," said the insider. "It's odd because Zac and Ashley are really good friends. They certainly look like they are more than just friends in the photos of them on the beach."

Hudgens is reportedly now dating Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson.
