Kanye West has found himself in legal trouble over the leasing of a car.
A lawsuit has been filed against the rapper and his production company, by Delaware firm DCFS Trust. The trust claim that West did not return a Mercedes-Benz in January when its rental period expired.
DCFS Trust is reportedly claiming $53,747 plus legal fees, lease payments, late charges and interest. Rebecca Caley, a lawyer for the firm, refused to comment however, saying: "Our client does not address ongoing litigation."
