Hulk Hogan ex-wife Linda wants to marry boyfriend

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda Hogan has claimed that she'd like to marry boyfriend Charlie Hill.

The 52-year-old wife of wrestler Hulk began dating Hill when he was 19, and explained that she and her beau have discussed tying the knot in the near future.

Linda told Access Hollywood Live: "[Charlie has] asked [me to marry him] and we talked about it. I would like to. I really would. There's some things in business that I'd like to take care of first… but I would like to take time to focus on that and make [marriage] a special event in my life."

She went on to suggest that she didn't know Hill had attended the same school as her own children Brooke and Nick when they began seeing one another, but insisted that her boyfriend is wise beyond his years.

"I was shocked. He told me he was 23 and I thought that was a little young, but I didn't meet him in the pretence that I wanted to hook up with him or [have him] as a boyfriend," Linda explained.

"We started out as friends. I needed somebody… By the time I got to be friends with him and really leaned on him for somebody to console, I had already fallen for him. He was just an amazing person. He was kind of an old soul… and I'm kind of young, vivacious, [and have] a lot of energy. We just got along."

Linda has written new autobiography Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes, in which she claims that Hulk frequently threatened her with violence over the course of their 23-year marriage.
