Rimes has sparked considerable concern in recent months after photos of her appearing to be "scary skinny" appeared online.
While she has insisted on multiple occasions that she is completely healthy and works hard for her thin shape, Jackson told Fox 411 that such criticism "bothers" Rimes and has inspired her to share her daily routine via a video which illustrate her slimming secrets.
"I know it really bothers her. A lot of people see pictures of LeAnn and assume certain things. But we're in the process of putting a video together that she'll post to her blog so that people will see what it is that we're doing to get her in shape," Jackson explained.
"It'll probably go live sometime next month - we haven't set an exact date. I know she's really anxious to show people - excuse my French - that she takes her s**t seriously."
Rimes previously claimed that she was "over" discussing her weight with the media and wanted to move on from the topic.
