Kate Gosselin: 'I'll get back into TV work'

Kate Gosselin has said that she looks forward to working in television for the foreseeable future.

The Kate Plus 8 star told Extra that she is currently in talks to star in a new show entitled Twist of Kate, though she declined to give further details on what the show would be about.

Reports last year suggested that Twist of Kate would involve Gosselin reading fan letters from women inspired by her story, and visiting them at their homes and workplaces, although it is not clear if that is still the case.

Gosselin said that she was still in the negotiation stages about Twist of Kate, adding that she would continue to seek other opportunities should the show not make it on the air.

"If it's not this show, I hope to be doing something else in TV. I've been given the gift of gab, so why not use it," she explained.

Gosselin recently insisted that she would never return to Dancing with the Stars, even for a one-off appearance, after competing in the show's tenth season.
