The King Of... presenter gave birth to a baby boy, her third child with husband Kris Thykier, on Wednesday evening.
Taking to Twitter for the first time since going into labour, Winkleman confirmed the new arrival's name and referenced her comment upon the announcement of her pregnancy in March that the little one looked more like "a goat" on an antenatal scan.
"Well, it turns out I wasn't making a goat," she joked. "We have a beautiful baby boy. He has twinkly eyes and extraordinary eyebrows. His name is Arthur... I think I will be calling him Art or Pumpkin. Or Rabbit."
The 39-year-old also took time to congratulate Zoe Ball on winning her former presenting role on Strictly Come Dancing spinoff It Takes Two.
"P.s. Zoe is going to ROCK ITT," she predicted. "Okay, back to baby. Over and out."
Winkleman and Thykier are already parents to Jake, 8, and 5-year-old Matilda. The couple married in 2000.
