The Travis frontman told the Daily Record that he doesn't mind Twitter, but has "no love" for Facebook.
"I have absolutely no love for the thing. Twitter is fine but there is something really annoying about Facebook," he said.
"Everyone I speak to says they don't like it but are trapped. Not to mention the daily round of requests. So bizarre."
Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg recently announced a new Skype video chat feature on the site. There are also rumours that it will soon launch a music service, titled 'Facebook Vibes'.
Healy released his debut solo album Wreckorder last year.
