In April, Lopez and Anthony confirmed that they would work together for the first time on ¡Q'viva! The Chosen alongside Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment and Big Brother creators Endemol.
The project will see the couple travel across 21 Latin America countries on the hunt for undiscovered talent.
"They're both committed to ¡Q'viva! and will work on it as planned," a spokesperson for XIX Entertainment told Deadline. "The show goes on!"
Lopez and Anthony announced the end of their seven-year marriage on Friday.
The couple wed in June 2004 in a secret ceremony, and are parents to three-year-old twins Max and Emme.
¡Q'viva! The Chosen has yet to secure English and Spanish language US networks.
