Kerry Katona was a nightmare, says ex

Kerry Katona's ex-boyfriend has dashed hopes of a reunion by describing her as a "nightmare" to be with.

The Coming Clean star is reported to be seeking a reconciliation with 27-year-old Dan Foden, but the former Take Me Out contestant today told The Mirror that he would never become involved with her "car crash of a life" again.

"It's obvious she wants us to get back together but there's no chance of that happening," Foden said. "Being with her was a nightmare... One day I was a single lad with no ties and the next I'm Kerry's new man.

"Things just went mental. Kerry had warned me it would all kick off, but nothing could have ­prepared me for that. I was a nervous wreck."

Foden, who has since entered into another relationship, claimed that he dumped the reality star in April after growing tired of her ever-present film crew and dates organised by her former manager Claire Powell.

"I just thought, 'What the hell am I doing? This isn't going to work'," he recalled. "Now Kerry keeps calling and texting me and it's not going down very well with my new girlfriend.

"I think Kerry is terrified that she won't ever find the love of her life. She's trying to sort her life out but there's always going to be the little devil on her shoulder."

Foden described Katona as "desperate and needy" shortly after the break-up, while friends of the ex-Atomic Kitten singer accused him of using her for fame.

Katona was this weekend tipped to appear in Celebrity Big Brother alongside her mum Sue.
