Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony kids 'to stay with mum'

Jennifer Lopez will reportedly retain temporary custody of her 3-year-old twins with estranged husband Marc Anthony.

Lopez and Anthony, who married in 2004, announced their separation and intention to divorce last week.

Life & Style reports that their children Max and Emme will stay with their mother for the immediate future and will relocate temporarily to Atlanta to be with Lopez as she films What To Expect When You're Expecting.

"The nannies and her mum will stay with Jennifer and the children in the hotel while she films," a source told the publication.

"She's burying herself in work. It's the one thing that's helping to keep her mind off the current situation."

It was previously suggested that Lopez fought to save her relationship with Anthony and that she is "devastated" by the divorce.

The pair will continue to work together on their upcoming Latin talent search competition ¡Q'viva! The Chosen, and will also proceed with plans to release separate fashion and accessories lines through Kohls department store this fall.
