Katie Price: 'I don't understand why people are fascinated by me'

Katie Price has said that she doesn't understand why people are so fascinated with her personal life.

The former glamour model explained during an interview with Radio 1's Greg James that she has a "soft" and "vulnerable" side when she's not in the attention of the media, adding: "People don't get to see that."

"I never ask people to leave me alone... All I say is 'write the truth', but they never write the truth. They speculate," she continued. "I don't know what the fascination of myself is... They never write anything positive."

Price went on to say that most of the criticism levelled against her in the press is based on "so many lies", but admitted that she's gotten "used to" the slams.

Discussing her romantic life, Price - who has had relationships with Dwight Yorke, Alex Reid and Peter Andre - revealed that she is quick to fall in love, which can often prove destructive when a relationship falls apart.

"I do have my guards up but then - I can't help my feelings.. At least it shows I have feelings," she explained. "I can't change the way I am... It's not just me - the people I meet are fast movers too."

Price reportedly purchased a Porsche for current boyfriend Leandro Penna to annoy her former husband Andre.
