The TV personality was speaking to Greg James on BBC Radio 1 when she was asked about Andre.
Price responded: "I had six good years and we haven't been together for [two] years, but people keep bringing us up. It's like Brad [Pitt] and Jennifer [Aniston] - people are always talking about them.
"He's moved on. I've moved on. At the end of the day, I want him to be successful because he's the father of my children. So good luck to him."
Price went on to reveal that she is happy with current boyfriend Leandro Penna, adding that she feels she has learnt from being a "fast mover" in her previous failed relationships. She added that she intends to take things slower with Penna.
On what the future holds for the pair, Price said: "[Leandro]'s from a really good family, down-to-earth, has good morals - who knows? It's only been six months, but I think I've learnt to take my time."
Price previously said on Twitter that she may marry Penna one day when the "time is right".
