Kelsey, Camille Grammer 'reach temporary custody agreement'

Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have apparently reached a temporary child custody agreement.

The former couple have battled over the guardianship of their two children, 9-year-old Mason and 6-year-old Jude, for several months, but a source now tells TMZ that they have agreed to share custody of their kids for the time being while lawyers work on a permanent settlement.

Mason and Jude will now split their time living with both parents and won't be separated, as Kelsey had reportedly proposed in June.

The insider added that Camille will keep the children more often than her ex-husband in order to accommodate Kelsey's acting schedule.

Lawyers for both Kelsey and Camille were unable to resolve financial disputes, but discussions remain ongoing.

The Grammers were married for more than 13 years before divorcing in February.

Kelsey went on to marry his fourth wife Kayte Walsh at Broadway's Longacre Theatre just days after his divorce from Camille was finalised.
