Peter Andre: 'I wish Stacey Solomon was my girlfriend'

Peter Andre has revealed that he would like to date Stacey Solomon.

The 'Mysterious Girl' singer called the I'm a Celebrity winner "gorgeous", and said that he "wishes" they were an item.

Andre told Fabulous: "I wish! But Stacey has a boyfriend. She's gorgeous and hilarious and I wish I could say something is going on but there isn't.

"She calls me a crazy geek and I call her a geek. We go out and have a massive
laugh together. She's the best."

The 38-year-old split from Elen Rivas earlier this year and was forced to deny that their relationship was a sham romance set up by their shared management company.

Andre commented: "I really fancied [Elen] as soon as I meet her. I just thought Elen was exactly what I needed. Nothing was planned, it just happened."

Andre recently admitted that his parents advised him not to marry Katie Price.
