The LA Ink star, who announced that she had called off her engagement to Jesse James yesterday, was apparently angered when the show used a clip featuring James to introduce her, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Von D later tweeted about the incident, claiming that the show broke an agreement with her not to mention James.
"Dear Good Day LA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning. Lack of compassion and respect for each other never fails to disappoint me," she wrote.
Von D continued: "My apologies if I've offended anyone this morning - For the record: I did not storm off - I politely left with notice when GDLA broke their word."
Anchor Jillian Barberie insisted that Good Day LA was not responsible for selecting the clip that was shown, noting that it was sent over by TLC, the network that airs LA Ink.
Von D and James announced their engagement in January, after five months of dating that began in the wake of James's separation from ex-wife Sandra Bullock.
