Stephen Baldwin 'carries a knife everywhere'

Stephen Baldwin has apparently revealed that he always carries a knife with him.

While attending the premiere of Rachel Weisz's latest movie The Whistleblower, Baldwin confessed that he never goes anywhere without his knife.

"Let's just say that if anyone tries to do anything to you tonight, I've got your back. OK?" Baldwin told New York Magazine before producing the blade in question.

When the website asked if he always carries a knife, he responded: "Yeah. And a few other things."

Baldwin went on to say that the knife even has a name.

"My assistant," he said, when asked about the weapon's moniker.

Baldwin previously filed a lawsuit against Kevin Costner for unspecified damages over a business deal that Baldwin claims went wrong.

Earlier this year, the actor apologised to Sean Hannity for lashing out over comments made about his brother Alec.
