Robbie Williams has grown close to his backing singer Jo Garland.

A source close to Robbie told The Sun that the singer has "taken a shine" to the brunette, who has previously toured with George Michael and Ronan Keating.

If true, the rumours cast doubt on the future of Robbie's alleged relationship with It Girl Tara Palmer Tomkinson.

Williams recently claimed that his current world tour will probably be his last for a long time.
