Samantha Ronson 'arrested for DUI in Los Angeles'

Samantha Ronson has reportedly been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The DJ, who previously dated Lindsay Lohan, was stopped by police at 10.30am on Monday morning in Baker, California for driving over the speed limit, reports TMZ.

Ronson is said to have failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer analysis on the scene, prompting police to take her into custody and transport her to the local police station.

Sources told the publication that tests later showed she was well over the legal blood alcohol level, but remained cooperative throughout the incident.

Ronson had been driving home from Las Vegas, where she played a DJ set last night, at the time of her arrest.

She was injured in an accident in April after crashing her BMX bike while trying to avoid an oncoming car.
