Elton John ranted about photographers while presenting an award at the Cannes Film Festival last night.
The singer presented the Chopard Trophy to Canadian actor Kevin Zegers, but became infuriated when members of the press interrupted his speech.
"He is only 21 years old, already he showed incredible talent and maturity," Elton explained. "I sincerely believe he will be a huge star and a great actor for many, many years to come."
As photographers called out during the speech, he continued, "If you saw Transamerica... I'm talking ... you f***wit, f***ing photographers, you should be shot, you should be all shot. Thank you."
