Justin Bieber: 'Sean Kingston is in good spirits'

The 'Baby' singer, who visited Kingston in Miami last weekend, told MTV News that his 'Eenie Meenie' collaborator is still being looked after during his recovery. However, he added that Kingston is doing well following his release from hospital in June.
Bieber said: "His spirits are a lot higher. He still has to have people around him to make sure he's doing alright, but his spirits are high, and he's doing well."
Kingston starred in his own MTV special this week, his first televised interview since his jet ski crash in May 2011.
He has said that he plans to return to music in the near future and recently made his live comeback with Nicki Minaj on July 22, where he joined her on stage for a performance of their track 'Letting Go (Dutty Love)'.
