Tess Daly announces debut novel 'The Camera Never Lies'
Tess Daly has announced the release of her debut novel The Camera Never Lies.
The Strictly Come Dancing presenter's book will be published in October. Inspired by her own career, it tells the tale of a former model-turned-breakfast TV presenter.
Britt Baxter lands the job of a lifetime as a fashion reporter on breakfast show Rise and Shine. As 'the next big thing', the ambitious presenter's story "plays out against a backdrop of glamour, ambition and deception", publisher Hodder & Stoughton has teased.
Mum-of-two Daly, married to presenter Vernon Kay, released her parenting book Baby Diaries last year.
The 42-year-old will return to host the ninth series of BBC dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing next month.
The Camera Never Lies will be released on October 13.
