Katie Price 'to release pink car'

Katie Price has announced plans to design and sell an "affordable" pink and black car.

Speaking at the launch of the new collection from her Day 22 fashion line, the model said that a car release is in the pipeline.

Price explained: "We haven't done a press launch so I can't say much about it yet, but it will be pink and black and affordable."

The reality TV star, who was involved in a car accident in April, already owns a number of pink vehicles herself, including a Bugatti Veyron supercar, a Range Rover, a Volkswagen Beetle, a horse box and 125cc scooter.

Last month, Price took her Bugatti Veyron - one of only 300 of its type in the world - to car customiser Afzal Kahn in Bradford to have it sprayed pink at a cost of £80,000.

Price revealed on her Twitter page: "Just left Afzal Kahn. Getting this Bugatti and he is doing it in pink. Can't wait."

However, the star has admitted that her style is not to everyone's taste, saying: "It's very dodgy. What I wear myself is not really everyone's cup of tea, is it?"
