Prince, Paris and Blanket appeared with their aunt La Toya at Children's Hospital Los Angeles on Monday for a ceremony to honour Michael.
La Toya said that she hopes her brother's "whimsical" and "magical" art will bring joy to sick children, adding: "You look at [these drawings], it makes you happy."
Michael's hand-drawn sketches of Peter Pan, Mickey Mouse and his own moon-walk dance are among the pictures that will be displayed in the medical centre.
Former Entertainment Tonight host Mary Hart helped to organised the donation.
