Jennifer Hawkins: 'Real estate is my passion'

Jennifer Hawkins has revealed that her true passion in life is property development.

The Australian supermodel, who is engaged to builder Jake Wall, said that they have "loved" renovating her Coogee house together so that they can sell it and move into their Northern Beaches clifftop "dream home".

Hawkins told the Herald Sun: "[Real estate] is our passion. We love it and want to keep doing projects like this together. It's fun. We are trying to turn this into a business."

She also described her huge new walk-in wardrobe, saying: "It has a wall just for shoes, with amazing lighting and dark mahogany wood. I could talk about it all day."

Last year, the couple revealed that they were searching for a property in Byron Bay for Wall to renovate and re-sell. At the time, Hawkins owned five properties in Sydney and Newcastle and her portfolio was valued at almost $5 million (£3 million).

Hawkins and Wall got engaged in January this year, but are yet to set a date for their wedding.
