Lyric books, letters and unreleased music have been taken from the house, The Sun reports.
An insider told the newspaper: "This is such a sickening shock to the family. That someone would stoop so low. They can't get their heads around it.
"[Amy's dad] Mitch is livid. The family, record label and management are months away from deciding what to do with any unreleased music. For that to be taken out of their hands is horrible.
"Mitch is willing to give whoever has stolen the items a chance to do the right thing and put them back so it doesn't have to get messy."
The only items currently reported missing to police are two lyric books, though a guitar and lyrics for Winehouse's third album are said to have been taken.
Winehouse's home was declared a crime scene after her death, but around 20 people including family, friends, police and security will have had access to it since that time.
It has been claimed that Winehouse's unfinished third album will be released posthumously. Profits from the album will likely be donated to the planned Amy Winehouse foundation.
