Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony 'spotted together in Hamptons'

Jennifer Lopez and estranged husband Marc Anthony have been photographed together in New York.

The former couple, who announced plans to divorce last month after seven years of marriage, were spotted driving together in a Mustang convertible in Southampton.

The reunion, which came less than a week following reports that Anthony is desperate to reunite with Lopez, sparked rumours of a reconciliation between the pair.

However, Anthony's rep has denied that he and the American Idol judge are back together, telling People that the trip was based around spending time with their 3-year-old twins.

"The intention was to spend time with his kids Emme and Max, and they had a beautiful time. He's been with Max and Emme a few times now," the spokesperson explained.

It was recently suggested that Lopez and Anthony kept their separation a secret for months before making an official announcement in order to maximise press coverage.

Lopez admitted during a recent interview with Vanity Fair that her marriage to Anthony was not good for her.
