Kim Kardashian wedding dress is so beautiful, says Tyra Banks

Tyra Banks has promised that Kim Kardashian will look "so beautiful" at her upcoming wedding.

Kardashian will tie the knot with NBA player Kris Humphries on August 20 in a California ceremony largely organised by her mother Kris Jenner.

Banks told People that she advised Kardsahian on flattering cuts to look for when choosing her Vera Wang-designed gown for the nuptials, and said that she was amazed by the final result.

"I gave [Kim] the advice of going with a silhouette that the world isn't used to seeing her in. So we'll see," the America's Next Top Model host explained.

"What she showed me was so beautiful. It's interesting because they were pictures from a fitting, but it actually looked like the wedding, like her hair was done. So it was like a real almost dress rehearsal and she looked absolutely beautiful."

Kardashian recently flew 11 hours in order to attend a dress fitting in New York before heading back to Los Angeles.

The Keeping Up with the Kardshians star's wedding to Humphries will air as part of a four-hour special this October on E!
