Alex Reid: 'I still love Katie Price'

Alex Reid has revealed that he still "loves" Katie Price.

The cage fighter, who is now in a relationship with reality TV star Chantelle Houghton, admitted that he still has feelings for his estranged wife.

"I still love her, even though recently she said she didn't love me," he told Best.

"Katie and I aren't divorced yet. I wouldn't go back but I'd go forward with someone. Read that how you want."

Following the pair's split, Alex moved back in with his parents Carole and Bob at their family home in Aldershot, Hampshire.

Carole insisted that although her son might have a tough exterior, he is soft at heart.

"He's tough on the outside and squidgy on the inside," she said. "When Alex and Katie broke up in January this year and he came home again it was awful to see him so upset.

"It was hard hearing him cry, as he doesn't like to show emotion in public. I'd hear him sobbing in his bedroom. I don't miss Katie; I didn't form a strong bond."
