The former Two and a Half Men star will be the subject of the next Comedy Central roast, due to air on the network on September 19.
Speaking to E Online, Sheen said: "I'm very roastable. This I'm coming to terms with.
"There's less [cocaine] left on the planet because of me, so roast away. If that's what's in store for me, then bring it."
However, Sheen encouraged roasters to look for more creative jokes than ones based on his drug addiction issues, adding: "I'm challenging these geniuses to go a little bit deeper, be less obvious."
Sheen's roast will be hosted by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, who has expressed his excitement over the gig.
"Charlie is a true icon with a talent that is strong and pure and concentrated into small crystals which can be smoked or eaten," MacFarlane joked. "I'm very excited to work with Comedy Central again on the roast."
