Anne first filed suit against MK2 S.A. in June 2010, claiming that the organisation bore some responsibility in David's passing.
She alleged that MK2 S.A. had promised David a personal assistant to show him around Bangkok, where Stretch was shooting. However, the assistant allegedly left David alone on the night the actor's body was found hanging in his hotel room.
Anne filed paperwork in an LA court on Monday to dismiss the suit, after both parties reached an undisclosed settlement, the New York Post reports.
MS2 S.A always maintained that they had played no role in the actor's death.
Anne was David's fifth wife. The couple married in 2004 at actor Michael Madsen's Malibu beach home.
