Christina Aguilera 'wants to marry Matt Rutler'

Christina Aguilera is allegedly keen to marry her boyfriend Matt Rutler, despite only having finalised her divorce four months ago.

The singer announced her split from ex-husband Jordan Bratman in October 2010 after five years of marriage, and is now believed to be planning her second walk down the aisle.

"Christina is telling us that she'd love to marry Matt," a friend of the singer told Star magazine. "She's absolutely consumed with him and can't stand to be apart for even a minute."

"She began talking about marriage within months of splitting with Jordan."

Aguilera met production assistant Rutler in 2010 while filming the Steven Antin musical Burlesque.

The insider also claimed that friends are trying to convince the Voice judge to hold off on marrying Rutler while he establishes his career.

"He's still so young and struggling to find himself," they added.
