The 25-year-old American singer, whose mother is Grease star Olivia Newton-John, was meant to be marrying Driskill in the next few weeks but has allegedly cancelled the celebrations after discovering that he is already married.
Lattanzi had no idea that Driskill had been leading a double life until a mutual friend of theirs told her that he was still living with his wife earlier this month, claims New Idea magazine.
The couple met in November 2009, four months after he apparently separated from his wife of four years Nina. It is now rumoured that the couple never divorced and have continued to live together for financial reasons.
When they got engaged last year, Lattanzi said: "His initial proposal was kind of unofficial. It was like, 'Do you want to get married?' I said, 'Yes, but I need the dinner!' I told him I want an official proposal and I want him to get down on his knee."
Earlier this month, the star's father Matt said that her "very balanced relationship" with Driskill had saved her from a "tortured place".
Newton-John has previously said that her daughter has "grown because of James's love for her", adding: "[James] is wonderful... I wish Chloe the love and happiness that I've experienced marrying my gorgeous husband [John Easterling]."
Lattanzi recently caused controversy with a suicide-themed music video. Watch the clip for 'Play With Me' below (contains shocking images):
