'Real Housewives' Russell Armstrong to be cremated for Wednesday funeral

Russell Armstrong will be cremated, with a funeral service scheduled for Wednesday.

The estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Taylor Armstrong was found dead last Monday after he committed suicide by hanging himself.

While it was initially suggested that Russell would have two separate funeral services due to disputes between Taylor and his own family, US Weekly reports that only one memorial will be held this week.

Taylor and Russell's parents will apparently divide the ashes.

Taylor was reportedly at odds with Russell's parents as to where to bury Russell's remains, with Taylor wanting him laid to rest in California while her in-laws insisted he be returned to his native Texas.

Bravo recently revealed that it will edit footage in the wake of Russell's suicide.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres September 5 on Bravo.
