It was recently alleged that the Hollywood couple have split after 13 years of marriage - claims which Jada's representative as well as the pair's son Trey vehemently denied.
Will and Jada have now responded to the stories, releasing a statement on Tuesday to set the record straight.
"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumours circulating about our relationship are completely false," they said in a joint statement.
"We are still together, and our marriage is intact."
Trey Smith, Will's son from a previous marriage to Sheree Zampino, earlier tweeted: "Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split! False information ... its not true RETWEET!!! Everyone can think what they want ... even if its not true (sic)."
A friend of the couple previously described the reports of Jada and Will's split as "bulls**t".
Jada recently revealed that spending time away from her husband helps to make their relationship stronger.
