Olivia Wilde 'spotted on date with estranged husband Tao Ruspoli'

Olivia Wilde has been spotted on a possible date with her estranged husband Tao Ruspoli.

The Cowboys and Aliens star and Ruspoli were photographed shopping in Venice, CA on Tuesday afternoon.

The former couple appeared cheerful and joked with each other as they walked down Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Us Weekly reports.

The pair tied the knot on a school bus in Washington, Virginia in June 2003 when Wilde was just 19 years old.

Wilde filed for divorce in March after nearly eight years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split.

The actress later explained that ending her relationship with Ruspoli was very difficult, saying: "The trauma of the whole thing has been humbling, and for the first time, I'm a little bit wobbly."

Wilde recently denied rumours that she was dating her Welcome to People co-star Chris Pine.
