'Extreme Makeover' Ty Pennington launches guitar giveaway

Pennington launched the competition to promote his new personal website, which features behind-the-scene clips from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and other exclusive content.
The presenter said that he will personally autograph the guitar for the competition winner and include a note explaining that one string is missing due to an on-stage mishap.
Pennington purchased the instrument in Atlanta in 1998 and has since used it to compose many songs.
Fans must register and leave a comment on www.typennington.com to be eligible.
Pennington has hosted Extreme Makeover: Home Edition since the series premiered in 20003.
First Lady Michelle Obama recently made a guest appearance on the reality series to support a military family.
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition continues on Sunday at 8/7c on ABC.
