Rihanna 'splashes £215k on five-day holiday'

Rihanna has reportedly spent around £215,000 enjoying a luxury holiday over the past week.

The singer spent £200,000 to hire a yacht for herself and friends following her performances at V Festival last weekend. The group flew to Nice and then sailed to St Tropez, Cannes and Italy's Portofino and Sardinia.

The 'S&M' star is said to have partied until 6am every night before starting all over again the next day. She spent around £3,000 a day on Champagne and meals out during the trip, The Sun reports.

A source said: "The crew ordered the maximum amount of Laurent-Perrier Champagne they thought a few girls could down in a week, but they drank it all in just over a day.

"By midday on Monday they had sunk 12 bottles. On their nights out they ordered Moët & Chandon Champagne, Grey Goose vodka and Red Bull, each bill going into thousands."

Rihanna, who recently denied rumours that she had made a sex tape with rapper J Cole, apparently tipped crew and waiters around €100 a time.

The cruise ended yesterday as Rihanna needed to return to LA to attend the MTV Video Music Awards.
