'American Idol's Jason Castro, wife welcome baby girl

The singer, who married wife Mandy Mayhall in 2010, posted a photograph of his newborn daughter Madeline Emilia Castro on his Twitter account over the weekend.
Castro's representative confirmed the birth to People magazine.
The season seven finalist had earlier hinted to followers on Twitter that the birth was imminent, writing: "My wife woke up at 5:30 this morning with contractions... came to the birth centre and they sent us home! we werent quite ready.. until now! (sic)"
He later added: "Excited to meet my baby girl today!"
Castro announced that his wife was expecting their first child together in a blog post back in April, revealing at the same time it was a baby girl.
The couple married in Castro's hometown in Texas in January 2010.
