The IRS claimed in recent court filings that Corey Feldman Incorporated owes $34,662 (£21,148) in unpaid tax debts, according to Detroit News.
A rep for the actor declined to comment on the tax bill.
Feldman founded the media corporation in 1987 to finance his own film projects.
The Lost Boys actor recently suggested that paedophilia is the "number one problem" in Hollywood today.
Earlier this year, Feldman expressed anger that his friend Corey Haim's death was not mentioned at the Oscars or Golden Globes.
