LeAnn Rimes's ex-husband Dean Sheremet marries

LeAnn Rimes's former husband Dean Sheremet has married his girlfriend Sarah Silver.

Sheremet confirmed the wedding by posting a video online featuring himself and photographer Silver celebrating their nuptials outside a City Clerk's office.

The blog post was entitled 'Happy, happy day'.

Sheremet also tweeted a photograph of Silver, who married in a red dress, holding a camera, alongside the caption: "Taking photos at her own wedding! She can't help herself!"

A second video of Silver was titled "the beautiful bride".

Sheremet and Silver became engaged in November 2010 after Sheremet reportedly popped the question at home in Manhattan.

Rimes later congratulated the couple on their news via Twitter, writing: "Congrats to @deansheremet and @sarah_silver on your engagement! A little birdie told me the happy news last night. Wishes for a life full of happiness (sic)."

Sheremet and Rimes divorced in 2010. Country singer Rimes married actor Eddie Cibrian at a small ceremony in California earlier this year.
