The Australian ex-cricketer, who has lost three stone since he started dating Hurley, said that his new look is due to the "radiant glow" of love rather than cosmetic surgery procedures that he has been rumoured to have had.
Warne said in an interview with Melbourne talk radio station 3AW: "I wanted to get fitter for TV and started this in October [last year]. Elizabeth hasn't got her high heels in the middle of my back saying, 'Come on, you must do 100 push-ups' and 'You can't eat that'. I am in love with her... I think that probably gives off a radiant glow too.
"Being in love with somebody is a wonderful feeling. I am lucky to have met Elizabeth... we've met and we're having a great time. She's a lovely lady. We're going really well and it's easy with each other. It's a bit different in her world at times, an eye-opener at times, but we have a giggle about it sometimes."
Warne continued: "She likes my world too; together, I think, we make a pretty good partnership. People see you with Elizabeth Hurley, and see you mixing with some of her friends, and suddenly think, 'Where's this Aussie guy who had a pie and a beer?' I still do that. I'm still exactly the same.
"I still eat pizzas, I still like pies, I still have spaghetti hoops for breakfast... but it's in moderation now. What's my crime here? I'm fitter than I've ever been, I'm actually very, very healthy and I'm happy. I have a responsibility to my children to be fit and healthy."
Warne also denied reports that he is engaged to Hurley, saying that he will let the public know if there is an important "announcement" to make.
The sports star, his brother and Hurley have all recently hit back at reports that he has had Botox and wears eyeliner.
