'Dancing with the Stars' Australia's Sonia Kruger launches fashion label

Sonia Kruger has launched her own fashion label.

The Australian television personality, who is best known for hosting Dancing with the Stars and Ten Years Younger in Ten Days, said that she was very nervous before launching her new collection at the VRC Spring Racing Fashion Lunch at Flemington yesterday.

Kruger told the Herald Sun that she was "far more" scared than when she presented Dancing with the Stars for the first time, but also said that she was very excited about her new career as a designer. Her women's clothing line with an in-built "tummy flattener" was popular on the catwalk during the event.

She also revealed that she would love to design wedding dresses, saying: "The designs [now] are for special events, cocktail parties, weddings, and of course racing, but next year I could go bridal."

Kruger, who is currently dating Seven Network executive Craig McPherson, admitted that she is not ruling out marriage herself, saying: "I would never say never, but it is not a priority just yet."

At the VRC event, model Rebecca Judd also made her catwalk comeback only six weeks after giving birth to son Oscar.
