'Hello!' suing over Jolie baby pics leak

Hello! magazine has threatened legal action against websites publishing leaked photos of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their baby Shiloh Nouvel Pitt-Jolie.

Images appeared on internet sites and blogs apparently showing one of the photos set on the magazine's front cover. They were published just days after Hello! and its US partner People paid at least $4 million for exclusive rights.

Hello! features editor Juliette Herd said the image "has been obtained totally illegally."

She added: "It's a complete mystery. And we are very concerned at this breach of copyright."

A spokesman for People said: "Somebody from Hello! must have leaked it. I don't know how it got there."

Hello! will publish the photos on Thursday and the US magazine on Friday.
