The reality TV personality was arrested in March after footage of her fighting with another woman named Britany Truett emerged online.
Evans was today charged with affray and sentenced to 30 days suspended jail time with 12 months' probation, TMZ reports.
She was also ordered to pay a $100 fine, attend anger management classes and complete 24 hours of community service.
In addition, Evans is forbidden from contacting any of the people involved in the fight, which is believed to have erupted over her former boyfriend Kieffer Delp.
Truett was also punished for her part in the clash, receiving the same sentence as Evans.
"It came out that it wasn't Janelle being the aggressor and Ms Truett as the victim," Evans's lawyer said. "It was presented as a bad decision on everybody's part and I don't think there was a single victim in the case."
Evans was arrested last month for violating the terms of a previous probation, handed down after she pleaded guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia earlier this year.
