Corrie star involved in street brawl

Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas was involved in a mass brawl after celebrating his birthday in Manchester.
The actor, who plays Jason Grimshaw on the show, was confronted following a private party at the Label Bar with fellow Corrie stars Tina O'Brien, Kate Ford, Antony Cotton and Samia Smith.
Eight other men were apparently involved in the fight, which saw Thomas wrestled to the ground and pinned against the door of a cab.
An onlooker told the Daily Star, "Ryan tried to break it up but got caught up in it. He was shoved to the ground. Tina was frantic. It wasn't handbags, it was serious stuff."
